ORTHO ORGANIZERS POLICIES:
Shipping:
Where possible, we endeavour to ship the same business day the order is placed. This depends on stock levels. We will part ship orders. All prices are F.O.B. shipping point. GST and freight charges will be added to your invoice for all products and services (if applicable). Seminars conducted in Australia are plus GST, including overseas attendees.
Terms:
Products and services are accepted on the basis of payment within 14 days after shipment from our Taren Point office. Payment for seminars is required at time of registration. An invoice is included with each order and a statement sent the first working day of each month.
Payment:
All payments must be made in Australian funds. Payment may be made by direct debit, cheque, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or an approved account. Please contact our office for direct debit information.
NOTE: Effective 1st October 2007, credit card payments by American Express will have an additional 1.5% surcharge.
Exchanges or refunds:
All products being returned for credit or exchange must have prior approval from our Taren Point office and must be accompanied with a note explaining the reason for the return. Returns and claims must be made within 14 days of delivery. Goods returned for credit or exchange must be in mint condition, in the original packaging and must be unmarked, unused and in sellable condition. Never return merchandise in an envelope. Cost of returning the goods will be at the sender’s expense. All merchandise returned after 14 days will be accepted at the discretion of Ortho Organizers. No product will be accepted for return if shipping date is beyond (1) year. We reserve the right to make the final determination on all returns and exchanges.
Custom products such as, bands and bonding bases with welded or brazed combinations, Doctor's specials and refrigerated products may not be returned for exchange or credit at any time.
Product Improvements and Price Changes:
We are committed to the constant advancement and improvement of our products and services. We reserve the right to upgrade the quality and design of the products that we manufacture and sell. In addition we reserve the right to change prices and design or discontinue products without prior notice.
Warning:
Many of our products are made from stainless steel and/or Nickel Titanium. Stainless steel contains nickel and chromium. Nickel Titanium contains nickel. Also cobalt-chromium contains chromium and trace nickel. A small percentage of the population is known to be allergic to these metals. If an allergic reaction occurs, advise patient to consult a physician.

THE TOP OF THE LINE.......ROYAL
- A lifetime warranty on corrosion and bond failure. All recommended care, cleaning and sterilization procedures are described in the Instructions for Use and must be adhered to otherwise the warranty may be void.
- A 5 year warranty on manufacturer's defects.
- One year warranty for reconditioning, sharpening and reinserting. Tips are inserted with an ultra-hard alloy, which allows us to replace the tips once they wear out.
- Replacing the insert tips is comparable to getting a new plier.
- Royal Pliers are autoclavable.
Prefix "DS" before the order number - Classic Line - Satin Finish
- Classic Pliers are fully guaranteed for one year against material failure or workmanship on inserted pliers - 90 days for non-inserted. All recommended care, cleaning and sterilization procedures are described in the Instructions for Use and must be adhered to otherwise the warranty may be void.
- They carry a lifetime warranty against bond failure.
- Classic Pliers may be autoclaved as long as they are not inserted. Please call our office 02 95247027 if you are unsure if the plier is inserted or non-inserted. Autoclaving inserted Classic pliers will cause the insert to rust. Dry Heat sterilization must be used in this case.

A charge will apply for sharpening and tip replacement on all cutters.
Band/Bracket Warranty:
All bands and brackets are warranted for single use only. We cannot warranty, under any circumstances, bands or brackets which have been recycled.
